Amaro dell’ Etna
Sicilian Old Fashioned (also known as Mt. Etna Old Fashioned)
- lh oz. Amaro Dell’Etna
- lh oz. Irish Whiskey (such as West Cork
- Distillers Bourbon Cask)
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange peel.
Bresca Dorada Arangiu (Orange liqueur)
Sardegnian Fizz
- 2 oz Bresca Dorada Mirto di Sardegna
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey and water solution (50/50)
- sparkling water Shake Mirto, lemon and honey / water.
Strain into a highball over ice and top with sparkling water.
Super Punch Jannamico
Firestorm
- 1/4 oz lime jiuce
- 2 oz Super Punch
Pour Super Punch and lime jiuce into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer and garnich with lime wedge.
Amaro Sibona
Dark Negroni
- Pour 1.5 cl of Gin into an Old Fashioned glass full of ice
- 1.5 cl of Dark Rum
- 2 cl of Bitters
- 2 cl of CIVICO 10 Sibona Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore and 2 cl of Amaro Sibona
Stir thoroughly and drop a slice of orange into the glass to decorate
Varnelli Amaro Sibilla
For Whom the Sun Rises
- 1.5 oz Amaro Sibilla
- 0.75 oz grapefruit juice
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz Maraska Maraschino (cherry brandy)
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 5 drops salt solution (3 parts kosher salt to 1 part water)
- Grapefruit peel (placed in the shaker)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake hard 15 times to aerate Double-strain into a chilled coupe
Glep Vermouth Vandalo
Negroni Spinto
- 3 cl gin Fulmine
- 3 cl vermouth vandalo
- 3 cl bitter spinto
- Zest grapefruit
Low Build Tumbler.
Il Mallo Nocino
Negroncino
- 3 cl Bulldog London Dry Gin
- 3 cl Aperol
- 2 cl Nocino Il Mallo
- 1 orange peel
Mixed directly into a lower tumbler, decorate with orange peel.
Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
Italicus Spritz
- 2 part Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 2 part Prosecco (or Champagne)
Build over ice cubes in a Large wine glass Garnish with three green olives.
Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Solstizio di Sangue
- 1 oz Grappa Bianca
- 1 oz Luxardo Sangue Morlacco
- 1/3 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1/2 oz honey mix
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish with raspberries
Meletti Amaro
Sardinian Iced Tea
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Meletti Amaro
- 0.5 oz lime juice
Pour into a highball with ice. Garnish with time wheel, mint optional.
Select Aperitivo
Select Spritz
- 3 Parts Prosecco
- 2 Parts Select Aperitivo
- 1 Splash Soda Water
Pour into over ice and garnish with one large green olive
Nardini Grappa
Nardini VE.N.TO
- 45 ML Nardini Grappa
- 22.5 ML freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ML honey mix (chamomile base)
- 15 ML chamomile cordial
- 10 ML egg white (optional)
Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well Pour into low tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with lemon peel and a grape skewer.
Whitehouse by Nicola Centonze
Amber Martini
- 2 cl Whitehouse Bitter Wine
- 4 cl London Dry Gin
Stir and strain into proper cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
Pallini Limoncello
Pallini Spritz
- 3parts Pallini Limoncello
- 2 parts Prosecco
- Sparkling water
Add all the ingredients in a large wine glass filled with Ice. Garnish with orange peel.
Poli Grappa
Holy Poli Cocktail
- 50 ml Poli Sarpa Oro Grappa
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml Triple Sec
- 2 barspoon liquid sugar
- 2 barspoon UvaViva Rossa – grape brandy
Shake with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
Portofino Dry Gin
Tramonto di Portofino
- 1 oz Portofino Dry Gin
- 1 oz green Chartreuse 1 oz sweet red Vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitter
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently until smooth and fresh. Pour into a chilled dish and garnish with orange zest.
Rossi D’Angera Gin
Martini Perfecto
- 60 ml Gin Latitudine 45
- 15 ml Vermouth Style 31 Rosso
- 15 ml amontillado sherry
- 2 drops Celery bitters
- 2 drops of Seville orange bitters
- 1 Cerignola olive
Stir and strain into an iced glass.
Limoncello Rossi D’Asiago
Gold Fashioned
- 1 1/2 oz Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
- 1 Sugar lump
- 2 drops Angostura bitter
- Soda
In a. low tumbler add a sugar cube previously soaked in bitter. Pour some soda on the sugar cube until it melts. Add Limoncello and ice, mix and top up with Soda. Garnish with lemon zest and maraschino cherry.
Liquore Strega
Strega Mule
- 50 ml Strega Liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 150/175 ml Ginger Beer
Pour Strega liqueur and lime juice into glass of ice. Pour in the ginger beer. Garnish witha sprig of mint and a slice of lime.

- 2.7 oz Nocello Toschi
- 0.85 oz White Rhum
- 0.7 oz Pineapple juice
- 0.7 oz Coconut cream
